Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are only available if there is a clear defect of the product. A picture and description of the defective product should emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. A request for additional pictures of the product and defect may be requested. Upon review, customers will have a choice of a replacement (at no additional cost) or refund if the defect is found to have happened in the manufacturing process. Returns are not necessary for defects.
Claims must be made within 15 days of receiving the product. For EU customers, Just For The Craic Store complies EU rules for traders.
As all products are made on demand, returns and refunds are not available for purchases of incorrect sizes – unless the wrong size is sent by mistake. Please refer to size charts in the descriptions.
